Deleting your MotoCast account & data

You can permanently delete your MotoCast account and the data tied to it at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open MotoCast → the Me tab → Settings.
2. Under your account, tap Delete account, then confirm Delete permanently.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your synced settings, and your saved routes/places. It cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Email admin@motocast.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account; we'll confirm once it's done.

What's deleted

Your account, your synced settings, and your saved items are permanently deleted. Anonymous, aggregated usage/error data that is no longer linked to you may be retained for product improvement.
