1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MotoCast (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MotoCast provides weather forecasting and route planning tools for motorcycle riders. The Service includes a web application at motocast.app and a mobile application for Android.
3. Weather Data Disclaimer
Weather forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. MotoCast does not guarantee the accuracy of weather data. Always use your own judgement when deciding whether to ride. MotoCast is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from reliance on weather forecasts or route suggestions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. Subscriptions
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store (Android) or through the web application. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The MotoCast name, logo, and software are the property of MotoCast. Route data contributed by the community may be used by MotoCast to improve the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
MotoCast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
